Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was conceived in Minsk. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her father, a hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born Minsk, Belarus on May 5 1998. Her career has seen her achieve twelve WTA singles championships, which includes an Grand Slam in the Australian Open in 2023. Doubles is her forte and she has also won Majors in both the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), both of which were with Elise Mertens. In the end, she won the Sunshine Double was achieved by her and Elise in 2019. Together, they won WTA 1000s in Indian Wells & Miami. Four women's teams were able to achieve this feat. The world's singles ranking rose again to its highest position in January 2023. When she played doubles, she managed to push herself to the top of the list in February of the same year after the victory in Melbourne making her the second tennis player from Belarus to be a part of this particular area. She was coached by an ex- Russian tennis star Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the conclusion of the 2019 season and partly at the beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach for her from the month of August to September of 2020. Antonio Dubrov is her coach who has been with her since at the beginning of 2020. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova are her main inspirations.
